Local pickup
Pickup is free. Choose an available pickup window before paying. The pickup location and instructions are shown with that window.
Before you order
- Order ahead
- Allow at least 3 days for regular orders and 7 days for 12 or more apples. Holiday order deadlines and available pickup windows are shown when orders open.
- Pickup location
- The location and instructions are displayed with each available pickup window.
- Pickup times
- Choose from the windows offered for that ordering period. All times are Eastern Time.
- Delivery and shipping
- Online orders are pickup-only. We do not offer shipping.

Pickup questions
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. They will need the purchaser’s name and order number.
What if I miss my pickup?
Contact us as soon as possible. Missed pickups are not automatically eligible for a refund.
How do I store my apples?
Follow the handling and storage instructions supplied with your order. Contact us before ordering if you need to keep the apples for a later event.
